Yoga (vinyasa) Flow is a connected rhythmic practice with attention to merging the body and the breath.

The word 'vinyasa' means to link your breath to your movement. Vinyasa flow has it's roots linked to the Ashtanga method of sun salutations, a standing, floor, finishing sequence. Including this heat inducing practice we begin with breathing techniques (pranayama) to connect allow us to become settled and meditative. We will explore creative movements, based around heat and energy inducing asanas (postures), as you deepen your connection to mind, body, and spirit. Through this practice, we cultivate strength, flexibility, trust, and empowerment, while learning to ride life’s natural waves. All levels welcome.
