Yoga can become a vital tool in the sports person's locker.

Not only can a regular practice bring flexibility, but will also incorporate elements of strength, agility, balance, greater range of movement, a mental focus, greater awareness of the breath and importantly the combination of these will help reduce the likelihood of injury.


Physically, the class will attend not only to the typical problem areas for athletes, tight hamstrings, hips, lower back pain and generally the lower half of the body but will also address flexibility and mobility through the upper body.  The only requirements to begin practising with Mark is a little floor space, an open mind and a sense of humour doesn't hurt!
