Fi will be back at Prana Yoga In October with an Autumn mini-retreat.
 
The focus for Autumn is the breath, releasing and letting go with each exhalation. As we move into this yin phase of the year we will be slowing down, moving gently with the breath. The quality of your breath defines the quality of your movements, experiences, thoughts and mood and so the session will be structured to refine the quality of the breath. Asana, Pranayama, Meditation and, of course, one of Fi’s yoga nidras (guided relaxation) to soothe mind and body.
