Whether your a novice or an experienced yogi the emphasis of this workshop is on enjoyment and individuality. Yoga doesn’t have to be perfect it just has to be fun! This workshop will leave you feeling uplifted and energised, and at the same time allowing you to feel grounded and rooted to your inner self. Keeping an asana alive with breath and natural movement allows us to relax, open, soften and explore the body and mind with self acceptance. 
Energising sequences to uplifting energetic beats will help to stretch and strengthen both body and mind.
Get out of your mind and into your body. 
The workshop will conclude with a tranquil guided meditation allowing you to enter into a state of deep relaxation and stillness.
