Whether your a novice or an experienced yogi the emphasis of this workshop is on enjoyment and individuality. Yoga doesn’t have to be perfect it just has to be fun! This yoga workshop is 80's- TASTIC and will leave you feeling uplifted and energised, and at the same time allowing you to feel grounded and rooted to your inner self. Keeping an asana alive with breath and natural movement allows us to relax, open, soften and explore the body and mind with self acceptance. The workshop will conclude with a tranquil guided meditation allowing you to enter into a state of deep relaxation and stillness.
 
Old skool music (dressing up is optional!) to get you out of your mind and into your body! Raw treats (courtesy of Ruth's Raw Kitchen), snacks, refreshments and chat will be available afterwards.
