This class is similar in structure to a general Vinyasa Flow class although we take it at a much slower pace.

Rarely in life do we give ourselves permission to completely slow down and let go of all expectations. As we move from standing postures to the floor sequence we will hold gentle stretches and restorative poses for a few minutes at a time. When we hold poses for a longer period of time we start to develop greater flexibility not only in the muscles but also the stronger connective ligaments and tendons. This class is suitable for the absolute beginner and those who are ready to explore the art of letting go! All levels welcome.
