This 8 week course is designed as a gentle introduction to yoga - specifically for those who have never practiced before & those who are not even sure what Yoga is but would like to find out!   Throughout the 6 weeks we will introduce you to a variety of standing and seated postures (asana) all of which will be taught with several variations to make them accessible to every body - each week building on what we have learned the week before. Alongside the physical practice we will explore the basic principles of breath work (pranayama ), relaxation & meditation. This will be a great way to build confidence preparing you for a level 1 class. The environment will be fun, relaxed and free from judgement  with lots of opportunities to ask questions and chat about all things Yoga!
