Next 6 week block starts Thursday 27th February 2020

During this 6 week course you'll start to build confidence and the foundations of a yoga practice, all within a comfortable and welcoming room. Yoga allows us to learn skills that not only help keep the body healthy on the mat, it also gives us skills to help navigate our increasingly busy lives off the mat. There are posture variations for every body you'll also be introduced to deep breathing and relaxation in this fun and interesting class. The hardest part can be stepping through the door but you'll be surprised at just how much you're capable of.
