A six week pre-season conditioning program for golfers.
Yoga is tailor made for golf as it can focus on the key joints and ranges of motion used during the golf swing. The benefits of Yoga for golfers are far reaching. Yoga can improve your mobility, stability, strength, coordination, injury prevention and ability to focus which will dramatically improve your ability on the golf course. These classes will consist of a Yoga flow devised to isolate and target the specific muscle groups and joints associated with the golf swing, focusing on achieving body symmetry, balance, and alignment, enhancing flexibility and core development to improve mobility, strength, power and endurance. Yoga for Golfers will introduce you to breathing techniques to enable you to achieve focus, calm and relaxation on and off the golf course. Each class will conclude with a 15 minute Yoga Nidra to induce deep relaxation, increase mind and body connection and improve creativity, improving your ability to visualise shots on the golf course. Yoga for Golfers improves performance beyond golf lessons. Teaching professionals focus on biomechanics of the swing. Yoga for Golfers improves the biomechanics of the body throughout the swing, resulting in lower scores on the golf course.
