Yogibairns yoga classes will provide an opportunity for kids to experience yoga and its many benefits at an early age. Your little yogi's will develop and improve strength, co-
ordination, motor skills and flexibility while encouraging self-esteem and self-awareness.

What happens at a Yogibairns session?
We will focus on introducing yoga in a joyful, playful and positive way, whilst also building structure through physical yoga practice.

Sessions are 45 minutes long and will include:

  • Games and techniques, songs and storytelling to teach yoga in a playful fun way
  • Yoga asana (postures) for kids, and postures for group and partner work, including acro yoga!
  • Breathing and meditation practices and games
  • Relaxation practice
