A 4 hour, Yoga Alliance workshop aimed at teachers who would like to know more about the art and techniques of adjusting their students in fundamental yoga poses. This workshop will allow the participant to actively practice adjustments and become comfortable teaching them in their classes. An essential part of learning more about the body and how to effectively communicate the essence and individual expression of postures through hands-on techniques. Learn from experienced teachers and put more into your yoga teaching toolkit!
