I started to practice Yoga, pranayama and meditation and following the Yogic path in 2010. My personal Yoga practice has grown to become an essential part of my daily life due to the many positive changes yoga has made to my physical health, mental health and holistic well-being. My Yoga practice has raised my perception and self-awareness and has completely changed the way I see the world and my place in it. Undertaking a wonderful teacher changing programme at Prana has been a positive life changing experience. It has ignited my passion for teaching and compassion for helping others to improve their well-being. I would love to pass on the physiological gift that is Yoga and its innumerable physical and mental benefits.
