Website: www.inharmonywitheverything.com Hello, and thank you for taking the time to read my profile!
I’ve been practising yoga for more than twenty years, exploring and training in a wide variety of styles including Ashtanga, Yin, Seasonal and Restorative Yoga. Through time my practice has evolved from the more athletic Ashtanga style to a softer, seasonally adjusted one.
Yoga has been a constant companion in my life: a source of grounding through periods of stress and anxiety, a space to expand my comfort zone, and a pathway to greater confidence, clarity and connection. It has soothed my own overactive mind and helped me find ease and balance in my body. Most recently, my practice has supported a positive menopause transition, deepening my passion for supporting women’s health, hormonal wellbeing and meaningful connection.
I’m drawn to yoga philosophy and fascinated by how the ancient teachings remain incredibly relevant in our busy modern lives. The teachings underpin much of my in ‘In Harmony With’… offerings: supporting people to move with, rather than push against, the natural rhythms within themselves and the world around them.
I also love weaving acupressure points, myofascial release techniques, mudras and Sanskrit mantras into my classes—simple but powerful tools that can help “hook” and settle busy minds and dissolve physical and mental tension.
I completed my 200-hour Seasonal Yoga Teacher Training at Prana Yoga Studio in 2019 and went on to complete the Prana Heart 300-hour additional training in 2025. I’ve learned from a number of amazing local and international teachers including Judith Lasater, Kino MacGregor, Jo Phee, Sarah Powers, Anamargret Sanchez, John Scott, Maureen Thorpe, Carla Webster, Pamela Young, and many others who have shaped my understanding of the physical, spiritual and energetic aspects of the practice. In August 2025, I completed Dr Stacy Sims’ Menopause 2.0 training, expanding my knowledge of how modern science can work together with yoga and lifestyle practices to support women during menopause.
I am registered as an Experienced Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals and co-founded In Harmony With Everything, where I share practices and knowledge for cultivating mental and physical wellbeing. My specialist area is women’s hormonal health—particularly reframing menopause as an empowering, transformative chapter of life.
In my classes you can expect a soothing, supportive space with an emphasis on settling the mind, easing tension in the body and reconnecting with your inner wisdom. My intention is always to help women feel grounded, supported and part of a nurturing community.
I remain, and will always be, a curious student. And it’s my joy to share what I’ve learned, combining ancient yogic wisdom and modern science to support others on their own journey toward balance and wellbeing.
Love and Oms
