Welcome to Prana Yoga Studio... lets get back to yoga!

After a LONG time away from our beloved yoga studio we are over the moon to finally reopen! Please read about how we aim to reopen safely here. Our new ONLINE & IN-STUDIO TIMETABLE is now open for bookings from with most classes beginning w/c 14th September.

Prana is a beautiful, boutique yoga studio in the heart of one of Hamilton's conservation areas in South Lanarkshire.

We are devoted to offering yoga for all (and Tai Chi too!), from absolute beginners to experienced practitioners alike. Our team of passionate and knowledgable teachers are committed to providing our students with a warm, welcoming and peaceful space for your mind, body and spirit. All year round the light pours in from all nine windows, plus we have underfloor heating too, a godsend in the cold winter months! And with the way things are right now we felt it was crucial to offer online offerings too. So in addition to our new smaller in-studio classes we have an online class running too for those who can't make it into the studio. Plus we have an online resource page for anyone wishing to practice using our free videos. Something for everyone!

You can find us on the first floor of 110 Cadzow Street, Hamilton, ML3 6HP. It's easy to access from public transport, the M74, or there's pay as you go car parking on street, at the town hall and behind Rocca restaurant too.
