In 2015 I began to realise the benefits of yoga as a moving meditation, yoga was a chance to disconnect for the stresses of everyday life and just be present in my practice.
I first came to Yoga in 2013 practicing on and off for a couple of years before beginning a regular practice in 2015 when I began to realise the benefits of yoga as a moving meditation, yoga was a chance to disconnect from the stresses of everyday life and just be present in my practice. I completed in 200 hour Seasonal Yoga Teacher Training here at Prana graduating in June 2018. My aim now is to continue to learn and grow in every capacity I can embracing all things Yoga while developing a teaching style which allows me to share the benefits of a regular yoga practice on and off the mat to people from all walks of life.
