Yoga has been part of my life for 20 years; however 5 years ago I established a regular class and home practice under the guidance of Yoga Teacher Katie Jackson. In June 2019 I successfully completed the Seasonal Yoga 200hr (RYT) teacher training at Prana Yoga Studio under the tuition of Carla Hillman Webster and Karen Naismith.

I am a graduate of Strathclyde University with a BA (Hons) in Sport and Physical Activity Management. Prior to becoming a Yoga Teacher I worked for 20 years in the field of Health and Physical Activity Project Development/Management, working with National and European partners to develop and implement health and physical activity initiatives for pre school children through to older adults in the community. 

Yoga has supported me to grow stronger, both physically and emotionally, and continually inspires me to live life mindfully.

As a yoga teacher, it is my aim to share a creative and seasonal vinyasa flow class which will allow you to experience a playful yet focussed class which will leave you feeling rejuvenated, nourished and balanced.

Yogibairns classes Thursdays p1-4 3.30pm-4.15pm & p5-s2 4.30-5.15pm
