• Time for supportive, non-judgemental conversations with women who truly understand, share as much or as little as you like.
• A deeply soothing Fertility Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation) session to close the evening.
Everyone comes solo, there’s no need to feel anxious or alone. Lor and Louise will be there to welcome you and help you feel at ease every step of the way.
This is a gentle space to pause, breathe, and feel supported, even if just for a few hours. You don’t have to carry it all on your own.
