Welcome to the next workshop in the In Harmony With… series — a collection of mini-retreats designed to help women align with the rhythms of nature and the wisdom of their own bodies.
In Harmony With Your Body is an invitation to reconnect with the physical layer of your being — the Annamaya Kosha — gently noticing where tension or stiffness has gathered and offering the muscles and tissues the care and attention they need.
By mid-April, spring energy is rising. We may feel more motivated to move, stretch, plan and do — yet the body doesn’t always adapt as quickly as the mind. Tension or residual winter tightness can linger beneath that outward momentum. Rather than pushing ahead, this workshop offers space to support your body as it adjusts — easing held patterns, nourishing connective tissue and creating steadier foundations for the season ahead.
Yoga has taught me that when we truly listen to the body, it responds. This practice isn’t about stretching further or achieving more — it’s about sensing, releasing and creating space so movement can feel freer, lighter and more sustainable as spring unfolds.
What to Expect
This slow, intentional practice draws from over 20 years of learning — blending the structure of Ashtanga with seasonal awareness, pranayama, meditation and somatic approaches to support the physical body. We’ll explore gentle flow to warm and mobilise, targeted myofascial release to ease held tension, yin to nourish connective tissues, and guided relaxation to invite deeper settling and integration.
The practice moves from mindful activation into supported stillness, allowing muscles and fascia to soften without force, while also soothing the mind and settling the nervous system.
You can typically expect:
It should feel like a massage for the brain and body.
My passion is bringing women together to support each other, ease anxiety, soothe busy minds and nurture hormonal health through yoga. In Harmony With Your Body will be a nurturing afternoon designed especially for women who want to move through spring feeling supple, supported and more at home in their bodies.
Booking policy: Spaces are non-refundable in the event of cancellation but can be gifted to someone else if your plans change. If I have a waitlist, I will offer to them if possible.
