 Sink into Stillness & Deep Rest- Yoga Nidra Evening

An evening dedicated entirely to rest.

This Deep Rest session will include gentle breathwork, slow restorative and supported shapes and a long guided Yoga Nidra to help calm the nervous system, release tension and bring the body into deep rest. The session will also be Reiki infused. 

Yoga Nidra is often described as the state between waking and sleeping, where the body can fully relax while the mind is guided into a deeply restorative state. One hour of Yoga Nidra can feel like several hours of sleep.

This is a cosy, quiet, low-light evening. Come in comfortable clothes, bring anything that helps you feel warm and relaxed, and allow yourself to completely switch off for a couple of hours.

Perfect if you feel tired, overwhelmed, busy, stressed or just in need of some time to lie down and rest.
