As the days get shorter and the air turns chilly, join me for 'November Nap Night'- an evening dedicated to deep rest and stillness.
Sometimes we just need to slow down.
Settle into the cosy space of Prana Yoga studio and allow your body and mind to unwind through the powerful practices of Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra (guided yogic sleep) and Sound Meditation. This immersive experience is designed to help you release tension, calm the nervous system and chill you right out at the end of the week.
What to expect:
- We will begin with a gentle grounding meditation and a few gentle yin/ restorative yoga poses.

A deeply restful Yoga Nidra session (Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that brings you into a state between waking and sleeping. Practiced lying down in a comfy position, it systematically guides you through body awareness, breath and visualisation).

A soothing sound bath using crystal singing bowls and chimes.

Space to relax and simply be with props, blankets, cushions, eye pillows and underfloor heating to make you feel supported and safe.

A wee homemade treat at the end, just because you deserve it!
Perfect for those who are feeling overwhelmed, burnt out or simply in need of some quiet, still time.
