Join yoga teacher Carla Hillman-Webster, writer and Hedge witch Geo 'That Glasgow Witch', and musician Alexandra Shrinivas for another very special evening, this time celebrating the traditional Scottish folk harvest festival of Samhain (Samhuinn).
Samhain, the great turning of the Celtic year, ushers in the Cailleach’s season- a time when the final harvest is gathered, hibernation beckons, and we honour both endings and beginnings.
Together we’ll draw on Scottish folk tradition with story, spell, and simple ritual before moving into a mandala flow honouring the yin aspects of the physical, energetic and spiritual bodies and a deeply restful yoga nidra, accompanied by the beautifully haunting tones of live fiddle. We’ll close with nourishing seasonal food and shared connection, marking this liminal festival in reverence and community.
