Join us for a calming and immersive two-hour workshop exploring the breath as your anchor to presence, movement, and wellbeing. If your a beginner or seasoned yogi - this session is for everyone!
We'll gently guide you through:
Breathwork –
Learn simple yet powerful techniques to calm the nervous system and energise the body. We'll offer choices throughout to ensure practices feel accessible and trauma-sensitive.
Mudras –
Explore hand gestures that help focus the mind and channel energy.
Mindful Movement –
Enjoy a slow, flowing yoga sequence supported by props to help you feel grounded, safe, and at ease in each posture — linking breath with movement in a way that supports your own pace.
Deep Rest (Science meets Savasana) –
Where all the science of the breathwork lands in the body. We’ll close with a deeply restorative savasana, with warmth from our heated bamboo studio floor and full support from props — allowing the nervous system to fully integrate and reset.
Sensory Tea Meditation –
A quiet moment to drop into stillness with warm tea and mindfulness. This gentle ritual can help bring meditation into your everyday life.
Community Connection –
Stay for tea + biscuits afterwards to ground, chat, and connect (optional).
